5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and size/weight of the package.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the pre-owned nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we may accept returns in the following circumstances:

• Items received that differ significantly from the description
• Items found to be inauthentic (full refund provided)
• Items damaged during shipping

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
